Financial Management & Bill Pay Services
$125 per hour

Probate Administration
Compensation is determined pursuant to applicable California Probate Code provisions. Extraordinary services may be billed separately as permitted by law.

Additional Costs
Reasonable expenses incurred on behalf of the client, including postage, courier services, filing fees, certified copies, mileage, and fees charged by third-party professionals, are billed separately.

Future Fiduciary Planning
$500 one-time onboarding fee
For individuals and families who wish to name Harbor Fiduciary Services as a future trustee, successor trustee, executor, agent under power of attorney, or agent under an advance healthcare directive. The onboarding process includes an introductory meeting, review of estate planning documents, discussion of fiduciary roles, and establishment of client records. Additional consultation, document review, or planning services beyond the standard onboarding process are billed at Harbor's current hourly rate.
